În cele 25 de apartamente și 15 studiouri de primă clasă au fost alese culori calde și materiale naturale, pentru a crea sentimente de relaxare si seninătate. Toate camerele au A / C, chicineta, frigider și TV prin satelit. Piscina și barul isi așteaptă clienții pentru un cocktail sau o băutură. Hotelul este situat într-un sat foarte verde, cu umiditate foarte scăzută, locul perfect pentru cei care au probleme cu astmul.

Apartamentele-studiouri Melisssa-Pandora sunt formate din 48 de unitati in 5 cladiri separate. Casa Melissa este situata la numai 80m de plaja de nisip, la care se poate ajunge mergand printr-o padure de pin. Casa Pandora este la doar cateva minute distanta de Melissa, (aproximativ 400m, toate camerele cu SV) si este situata aproape de plaja din Psakoudia. Garsonierele de tip S (pentru 1-2 persoane) sunt confortabile si ofera o combinatie intre o camera de zi-dormitor cu chicineta, telefon, TV prin satelit, dus/WC, balcon sau terasa si aer conditionat. Apartamente de tip A1 (pentru 2-4 persoane) sunt echipate in acelasi mod ca si studiourile si pot sa ofere un dormitor suplimentar. De doua ori pe saptamana se face curatenie, cat si inlocuirea prosoapelor si a lenjeriei de pat.
